 -I wanted to share my experience with Lise Knouse. We are Joanne & John Wetsel and we live in Houston. We have been second home owners in Santa Fe for about 3 years. We originally bought a small condo to make sure we really liked living in the area. Of course we loved it and in late 2009 decided we wanted to sell the condo and buy a bigger place.
     We had met Lise earlier in 2009 when she showed us a Prudential listing of another agent who was not available. We instantly liked her. She was so patient with us. We knew another Realtor in S.F. And had originally asked her about listing the condo and she basically told us we would never sell it. After meeting Lise we decided to work with her. She tool the listing on our condo at Dos Santos in February, 2010. Not only did she sell it. It sold in 90 days.
      We found a house we wanted to buy in Aldea and it was a Fannie Mae foreclosure. Could that make it anymore difficult?? We bought the house, got a great deal. Lise handled everything from the inspection to finding us contractors to make the repairs we required. We closed both our sale and purchase at the same time and managed to move from the condo to the house the same day.
     We would never have gotten any of this done without Lise. She is wonderful and without question, the best Realtor in Santa Fe. I tell everyone I know about her and wish her the absolute best success.

Working with Lise as our agent was a wonderful experience! Initially, we felt anxious and uncertain about the process as first time homebuyers. Throughout our search, she worked closely with us and always made sure our questions were answered. She scheduled many showings in different neighborhoods and often had information from her connections with other realtors in town. For example, on our first day of searching we looked at a property that was not yet listed. Lise told us that she had seen the property and thought we might like it.
